1. How these compounds are supplied

Compounds supplied by PeptoClinic are released only after an intake that a physician reviews individually. No compound discussed on this site is approved by the FDA, ANMAT, EMA or any equivalent authority for the use it is requested for. That is the reason the review exists, and the reason nothing here is offered as something to start without it.

2. No therapeutic claims

Nothing published on this site should be read as a claim that any compound diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease or condition. Descriptions of research areas reflect published scientific literature and are provided for reference. Dosing and administration come out of the physician's review of your own intake; they are not published here, and the general information on this site is not a substitute for what that review tells you.

3. Who reviews the consultation

The intake covers goals, medical history, current medication and contraindications, alongside compound, quantity, documentation and route. Every intake is reviewed individually by Nayana Ambardekar, MD. That review is not an in-person examination, produces no diagnosis, and does not replace an existing relationship with your own doctor.

4. Purchaser obligations

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that what you stated in the intake is accurate and complete, and that you will follow the guidance issued with your order. An answer that is wrong or left out is the one thing that can make the physician's review unsafe. You accept responsibility for lawful import into your jurisdiction, and for storage and disposal.

5. Right of refusal

PeptoClinic may decline or cancel any enquiry or order, at any point and without stated reason. The physician's review may also return no — a history, an interaction or a contraindication that makes a compound unsuitable — and in that case the order does not proceed.

6. Handling and safety

Lyophilised peptides are supplied as powder and reconstituted before use, following the instructions issued with the order. A safety data sheet is available for every compound on request and accompanies all cross-border shipments.

7. Limitation of liability

Material is supplied without warranty beyond conformity with the accompanying certificate of analysis. PeptoClinic accepts no liability for use outside the guidance issued with the order, nor for any consequence of information withheld or misstated at intake.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Argentine law. Cross-border supply is further subject to the import and controlled-substance regulations of the destination country, which remain the purchaser's responsibility.

9. Published laboratory reports

The third-party analyses behind the certificate referred to in point 7 are published on this site: 6 Janoshik reports, with their number, their date, the purity found and the verification key redeemed on the laboratory's system. A report covers the batch submitted for that analysis and no other: it is evidence about that material, not a guarantee about every vial shipped. Anyone who needs the report matching a batch they received can request it in writing.
