Privacy Policy
What data we collect, why we use it, and who we share it with.
Last updated: September 3, 2026
1. Who is responsible
PeptoClinic, based in Garín, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, the consultation questionnaire, our WhatsApp and SMS support, and email. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to the contact address at the bottom of this page.
2. What data we collect
Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number and country. Shipping data: postal address, city and postal code, only when there is an order to ship. Health data you give us yourself when completing the consultation or writing to us: weight, height, biological sex, age, goals, medical history, current medication, allergies, and any clinical test you choose to attach. Conversation data: the messages you exchange with us over WhatsApp, SMS or email. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate country, and the page or ad you arrived from.
3. Why we use it
To answer your consultation and prepare it for medical review; to prepare, charge and ship your order; to follow up with you through the channel you chose about your consultation or order; to measure which ad or page each person arrives from, so we know which communications work; and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Health data is used exclusively for the medical review of your consultation and to calculate the dose and duration of your treatment. It is not used for advertising and is never sold.
4. Who we share it with
With the physician who reviews each consultation, so they can evaluate and answer it. With our payment processor, which receives the data needed to charge you and to prevent fraud. With the logistics carrier, which receives your address to make the delivery. With technical providers operating under our instructions: email and SMS delivery services, and an artificial intelligence service that drafts replies to your WhatsApp messages, always reviewable by a person. With Meta, through a pixel on the checkout page and on the landing pages of our campaigns, to measure ad effectiveness; Meta may link that information to your account under its own policy. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Your consultation and order data is kept for as long as a commercial relationship exists and for the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations. Files you attach over WhatsApp (tests, payment receipts) are deleted from our servers after 30 days; information extracted from them for your consultation remains in your support history. You can request deletion of your data at any time, except for what we must retain by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses local storage in your browser to remember your consultation progress between screens, and first-party cookies to know which page or ad you arrived from and who to credit for a sale if you came through a referral. We use the Meta pixel on the checkout page and on the landing pages of our campaigns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies beyond those. You can clear cookies from your browser settings; if you do, your in-progress consultation may be lost.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request its deletion, to object to a processing activity, and to request a copy of what we hold about you. To exercise them, write to the contact address below stating which email or phone number you contacted us from. In Argentina, the enforcement authority for the Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), before which you may file a complaint if you believe your rights have not been respected. Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local law, including under the CCPA for California residents.
8. Minors
This site and its services are intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Significant changes will be communicated through the usual contact channels.
Questions about your data?
Write to us and we will answer. For requests about accessing, correcting or deleting your data, tell us which email or phone number you contacted us from so we can locate your information.
